ReplyDelete...BTW...re the coloring in «Louis'» Wordless Wednesday post, that is actually color, not B&W! The shot was taken from «Louis'» balcony. It was just an exceptionally grey day. That boat in the center of the image belongs to what «Louis» calls "the scofflaw hermit". Some hermit found the exact spot in San Francisco Bay where San Francisco, Marin, Alameda and Contra Costa counties meet and dropped anchor. He gets around the prohibition against a boat staying anchored in the Bay in any one spot for more than 48 hours by letting the boat drift around the anchor point. Thus in the space of 24 hours, he will have been in four counties!
