  1. Wonderful! They are certainly doing well. I must do some research on these peppers. We have had a variety of peppers on our farm over the years. I am now following your blog. Enjoy the rest of your week.

    1. Thank you so much for following us! I need to do some research, too, on the medicinal value of the Tabasco peppers. I have always just used them to make pepper vinegar for my brown beans. They grow better than all the others at both, mine and Dave's Farms. I use a lot of Cayenne, but having problems getting it to grow very well, here.

    1. Awww.... you are too kind! Thank you! A lot of them are red, now. I pulled them up last night before our hard freeze, and put them in the back room so they could finish ripening. It looks like Christmas in that room with all the red peppers against the deep green leaves!

  3. I am definitely going to have to save seeds and see if I can do it again next year.

    1. Thank you! We are hoping we can eventually grow all that we eat, but we are a long way from it. Still have to figure out the best way to grow all of our own flour and corn meal, so that we have enough space and physical ability. We are open to alternative ideas to other flours, other than wheat... flours that will still make good bread, but are easy to grow in small spaces.
